can we load delta load directly without full load ? how ?

Hi,
No before we load delta we need to do initialization which
will fetch all the all the records which are available in
the source system.
Then after we need to set it as delta to fetch changed data
on daily basis as per your requirement.
Once the delta is completes time stamp will be set at
source system to avoid dumplication or data missing
