Theretical plates means the rate of absorbance is equal to
rate of disorption . accepatance cretiera nlt 2500 as per usp.


formula: TR2-TR1/ O.5*TW1-TW2.

TR2= RT OF FIRST PEAK, TR1= RT OF SECOND PEAK,

TW1= PEAK WIDTH OF FIRST PEAK, TW2= PEAK WIDTH OF SECOND PEAK

AS PER USP THIS FORMULA
