If Rohan likes 400 & does not like 300, he likes 100 but not
99, he likes 2500 but not 2400, what does

Rohan does not like any number which is divisible by 3 so 900 and 1200 are ruled out.
And since he has inclination towards bigger number so out of 1000 and 1100 he likes 1100.
