In general, we meet individuals from every walk of life, including people from different backgrounds, with varied incomes. This element of diversity should allow individuals the time to build relationships in turn, becoming easier for people to become more integrated.
Challenges are met on a regular basis, so having to find ways to cope in difficult climates and tough conditions will serve you well.
The importance of any business or personal relationship lies in treating everyone as an individual, being aware of unique set of circumstances, utilizing the skills, creative intelligence, initiative and potential of talent, to discover the best route to a suitable, sustainable and successful future.
These are all skills I have learned over the years to overcome any potential conflict which may have arisen if a person or individual had taken a dislike to me, at any time.
