What is the main difference between Smoke and sanity
testing? Can u plz give me some examples? And to answer in

there is a lot of confussion in this issue-but clear to say as per ISTQB STANDARD smoke test and sanitary test are both same-not at all difference even a point-smoke test is part of system testing,will perform by the testers to test the basic functionalities or main functionalities whether they are working properly or not in order to carried out further testing process in a detailed-
this smoke test is done in order to find the defects earlier in the main functionalities to save the time or to minimise the cost of fixing defect.
