KVA- Apparent Power- Measured in Kilo Volt Ampere
KVA=KW cos angle
Apparent power is a function of a circuit's total impedance
(Z).


KVAR- Reactive Power-
Also called as phantom power
Reactive power is a function of a circuit's reactance (X).

KW-True Power- Measured in Kilo Watts
True power is a function of a circuit's resistances (R).
