1)mainly we have to appoint a strong distributor in terms of investment,involvement and infra then we should take the competition details and which are the o/ls where they are strong we should target the o/ls.
2)Ready stock coverage and we have to give proper beat plan to our sales man .
3)we should place our all Sku's in all o/ls .
4) whenever our salesman or we visits we should ensure our products should placed in signature style in eye level .
5) Expansion the Retail base mainly in Extension market.
