Successsion Planning is usually done by the HR manager. He
analysis the performance of the juniors on continuous basis
in various functions. He anlsis the efficiency and
capabilities of the employees who can take up the senior
positions in the future.

Hi , I am a graduated in science at the year of 2006 & have started my professional career from that year as an HR personnel and still working.
