Hi, I am working for India Company X, I had applied F1 Visa
in the year 2008 and got rejected. In March 2011, my company
had applied B1 visa (training)and it was refused again. I am
associated continuously with the same company X since Jun
2005. My company had filed L1A individual visa petition
which is approved from USCIS recently in the month of Jan
2012. I am planning to schedule my visa interview in the end
of Feb or early March 2012.
Would there be any issues at the US consulate-Mumbai because
of these multiple rejection? Please suggest me what are the
chances of getting L1A approval.

In all my certificates, name is mentioned as Arun Kumar GK...but in my passport my given name is Arun Kumar and my Surname is Krishna..Will that create any problem when i apply for US L1 visa? Please answer

HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. My Wife is working as Software engineer in one of the leading IT company , she already have approved L1 VISA , her company did not make use of it , we were trying to transfer her to USA directly through her company it does not seem to work , still not confirmed , now i am planning to bring my wife as depenedent(H4) to me , as i am in USA with H1 VISA , we have confusion , my wife not willing to resign until H4 is stamped , my doubt here is ,1. will a company allow to me apply for dependent VISA when she is working in a company ? 2.
