Hi, I am working for India Company X, I had applied F1 Visa
in the year 2008 and got rejected. In March 2011, my company
had applied B1 visa (training)and it was refused again. I am
associated continuously with the same company X since Jun
2005. My company had filed L1A individual visa petition
which is approved from USCIS recently in the month of Jan
2012. I am planning to schedule my visa interview in the end
of Feb or early March 2012.
Would there be any issues at the US consulate-Mumbai because
of these multiple rejection? Please suggest me what are the
chances of getting L1A approval.

My Company going to file L1-B next week.i completed my MCM FY in 2005 & due to health problem i was not able attend MCM final exam in 2006 hence i passed the MCM final in 2007 means i did 2 Year PG in 3 Year after that i have 3 year 6 month of IT experience.Do the 1 year passing diffrence in education can cause any issue in Visa. Please Advice.

HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. Hi , My company has initiated for L1 Visa,however i have below concerns. I appeared for B.E final semester Exam in june-2009 and i cleared all subjects and passed in distinction,however since i was from Diploma i had arrears (Mathematics-1) which i cleared in jan-2010,Now my concern is ,I joined a company(present employer) in Nov-2009,but in 8th semester Markcard, university has clearly mentioned that "appeared and passed in 2010 january". As per my 8th sem marks, I have completed degree in 2010 and as per my company I have i have an experience of 2years 7months(since i joined in nov-2009). please advice me how to handle this.
