Hi, I've scheduled my H1B Interview on Sep-18 in
chennai.I've 3.5 yrs experience in software testing. I
don't know much about the project am going to work in US.
Could anyone suggest what should i say for the following
questions
Q1: What is your responsibility in the US Company?
Q2: Why you want to work in US?
Q3: Since am in s/w testing, what will be the technical
questions they might ask related to my field?

Don' worry abt these type of questions...
u can tell whatever they will give, i must follow that road
as my work...and tell ur proper designation...
i want to grow myselt after getting 3.5 yr of exp in
india..that's y i want to go there and grab oppurtinities...
If u r wokling as a software testing engineer then
technically u should aware abt life cycle of SD(SOftware
Developmet)...

I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get list of employees, their sal, position and income tax papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is not ready to give to the report? Is there any other way to get visa stamping done... as I might loose my job .....Is there any other alternate paper that could help me with that....????Plzzzz help me if anyone knows abt it.

what is procedure for prepare visa?
My certificates(10+2 onwards) are having the Surname of my parents mentioned but my Passport(which was made based on 10th certificate where even my name was without surname and I made it after changing my name adding the surname) is not having the surname of my parents mentioned. My question is, will it be a problem for me when I apply the H1B visa? I do have the US B1 visa. Hi, My company has initiated H1b for me...am not sure, on my appliaction. This is because: 1. An from non IT background[Mech engg] & have only 2.3 years of IT exp 2. I did my Engg after my diploma in mechanical. Guidelines says it should be [10+2+4]...But i have [10+3+3].. Please answer this...Am very confused...
I am a Senior Software Engineer. My eldest Sister is a Permanent resident and my elder Brother is a Citizen of US. I want to go for H1b visa. If the Imigration officer poses me a question as "If any of my family memebers are there is US". Is it a hindrance for me to get the visa because of settlement of my Sister and Brother in US.
