Stcok status in plant is consignmnt stock.movement type 631
controls the stock.
movement type 631-The quantity is transferred from
unrestricted-use stock to consignment stock at customer.

I have created value contract with order type WK1 in VA41. The target value is 500 USD and the net price is 1000 USD. There was no pop up message or error thrown while saving the contract when the net price exceeded the target value. And the system allowed to save the contract.
