Generally V =voltage ,D = disc type ,G =IDMT ,T= trip
circuit ,C= current.Hence VDG may be under/over voltage disc
operated IDMTL relay.CDG similarly current relay.VTT could
be voltage operated trip circuit supervision relay.

why do you add the load short circuit impedance when considering short circuit amperage. It seems that you should only consider supply. If you need to consider loads and you don't know what loads are to be added , what would be a good sub-transient reactance rating for the loads?

WE know that for Inductor X=2pifL,In DC f=0,then X=0 so,V=IX=0;But In the DC excitation of rotor of AC generator,DC motor field coil which coils are inductor so why does not applying DC voltage short the rotor coil of AC generator and field coil of motor?If it would then DC source might be damaged but it is not happened.
