Phase voltage; potential difference of (phase to neutral) called phase voltage.
Phase current; total flow of current in one phase winding, called the phase current
Line voltage; potential differences of two phases (phase to phase) called the line voltage.
Line current; total flow of current in two phase (R B,R Y) winding called the line current
