For SharePoint Naresh is the best if you want get a job.
Why i prefered the Madan. He is real time, he will thought
advanced and real time implementations. But one more thing
hear you have to follow. You have sufficient knowledge
in .net His SharePoint classes you can enjoy. surly you
will get a gob

One more best part is he allows you to ask about doubts. he
will provide the support too

Note: while targetting the you have to put some efforts. if
some one saying that SharePoint or some subject is easy
will get job on that, then why the all the people not
geeting the job on SharePoint, comparing other you should
be more knowledge then you will get a job, so i prefer
Madan.
