WITH THE STEEL GETTING FROM BENDING MOVEMENT EQUATION FIND
THE % OF STEEL FALLS WITH IN THE LIMIT OF GRAPH OF IS
CODE.THE % MUST BELOW THE % INDICATED IN GRAPH OF IS CODE IF
