Alok and Bhanu play the following min-max game. Given the
expression
N = X - Y - Z
where X, Y and Z are variables representing single digits (0
to 9), Alok would like to maximize N while Bhanu would like
to minimize it. Towards this end, Alok chooses a single
digit number and Bhanu substitutes this for a variable of
her choice (X, Y or Z). Alok then chooses the next value and
Bhanu, the variable to substitute the value. Finally Alok
proposes the value for the remaining variable. Assuming both
play to their optimal strategies, the value of N at the end
of the game would be

since ALOK is selecting the values for X,Y,Z and as he is
trying to obtain a max value for N he needs to select 9,0,0
for X,Y,Z respectively since,N=9-0-0=9(max case)
But as BHANU wants a minimum value for N he will most likely
will want to obtain a negative value for N,He would hve chosen
values for X,Y,Z as 0,9,9..since N=0-9-9=-18(min case)
NOW, ALOK is chosing values n BHANU is assigning them
we will obtain -9
since, N=0-9-0=-9

Conversation between two mathematicians: first : I have three children. The product of their ages is 36 .. If you sum their ages . it is exactly same as my neighbour's door number on my left. The second mathematician verifies the door number and says that the not sufficient . Then the first says " o.k one more clue is that my youngest is the youngest" Immediately the second mathematician answers . Can you answer the question asked by the first mathematician? What are the children ages?
A team of 200 wagers undertakes building work of a bridge. The total time allocated to build the entire bridge is 20 days.
