1)how many types of earth? 2)how many types of megger and how
to select that range? how much time taken for megger
calibration( we r using megger)

Earthing of electrical machines are current are Bradly
classified in to current carrying earth and non current
carrying earth.
Current carrying earth:solid earthing,resistance
earthing,inductive earthing,grid type earthing and
capacitive earthing.
non Current carrying earth:making potential free metal part
associated to electrical machines and switch gears.
Megger are according to potential measurement classified as
low voltage megger ie 0 - 500V.,medium 0-1000V.,high voltage
megger 0-5kv,and 0-10kv
