why u want to work in sail/ntpc as u r already in an it
company where life is good, good environment no much
tensions etc?

NO Comparision any psu/navratan/maharatan/govt is far
better than any it company/software job in respect of
1) salary
2) job security
3) provide respectable position for an engineer
4) good work profile especially for civil,mech and
electrical
5)give u much oppertunity to apply your core technical
skill
