Suppose the incoming power is 11 kw, but the load require
only 8 kw means how can we save or use the excess power?

Here we have many things to consider, ideally power in must
equal power out, however no system is 100% efficient,
remember that EFFICIENCY = (POWER OUT/POWER IN)*100%. It
would be fantastic if this worked out to be 100%.
Nonetheless in your case you would be wasting too much
power in your primary system, so consider the efficiency of
your system and try to match your input power with your
output power according to the efficiency and to your
requirements.
