there are many phones available in market like iphone,android and blackberry so these phones use application like facebook,gmail,skype the phone manufacturers only do reliability testing but not load testing here load testing is done by the facebook,gmail,skype etc because they are developing the application for these platforms(like android,iphone and blackberry) for example facebook will develop application on android and do load testing on facebook server but here phone manufactures are not concerned about load testing of facebook,gmail etc load testing can only be done when the data comes from server
