Hi Friend,
One of the following reasons for not getting Call after
sending the resume.
1. Your skill set is not matching with the particular
company requirement.
2. Your resume may not be properly show cased your skill
Sets.
3. Most of the Times these mails are sent by Job
Consultancies and most of these consultancies
People don’t know the actual skillset required for Job.
4. Normally these mails are broadcasted by the HR just by
seeing candidates resume on job portals
like Naukari, Times Job’s and not carefully checking
the candidate’s skillset for suitability of
requirement.
5. May be you are responding late I mean after filling the
job requirement.
6. May be your expected CTC higher than the Companies
Expected CTC.
7. May be your Notice Period Duration is too long wait.
So don’t depress for not getting calls, you are already
working, Scan through the Job Market and try to learn or
improve required skillsets, If you do this soon you will be
placed into a Good Company with better CTC.
Thanks,
