I did mt MBA(finance & Marketing)after my
B.Sc(Biotechnology). The interviewers are asking me why u
changed from bio-science field to mba(finance). Plz help me
how to answer for this.

the fact behind MBA HR after BS.C is parents desire .... but we can not answer this if we would than interviewer would kick us out... so the diplomatic answer that may express your decision is...You can answer like... From the field of biotechnology i got to learn how to solve problem like how to kill disease genetically , in biotechnology i learned to research on a problem or things and make it better for future and fulfill goal... as i always like to learn something creative and different it suits my personality and my jolly nature... but in biotechnology field people are so stereotype they are so much busy in their research and work that they do not get time to talk even, and thus form serious environment around which suffocate me ... that's the only reason i didn't take finance for MBA , those people are always busy with their calculations...
MBA is the field which is having wide scope and it is the fastest growing industry and i always like to make friends and to know them through interaction ....
Thus in the field of MBA HR in can use my creative or innovative thinking to fulfill goal and make employers feel happy...
