Hai i am nagaraju.i am choosing HR as my career because the role of HR department in any company has become really important .HR is try to build a peaceful and solid organization.It will useful to how we utilize human power.we understand psychology of employees or workers like attitude,behaviour,needs,wants,..etc and we select right persons for a right job at a rigt time.we control disputes bitween workers and management,and within workers.HRM is create peaceful working environment in an organization so HRM is my career.
