i think smoke testing is nothing but the build is stable or
not for testing.
during this time already we have finished the design of
test cases.
its the time for test execution.
before starting the execution testers do the smoke testing
whether developer fulfil all the requirements of the client
its my answer if its wrong please post the right answer

i heard that mainframe testing is diff from other environments & has lot of keyboard input????pl clarify my doubt & let me know in what way its diff??
