hii frnds ,i would like to share my interview experience in
deloitte..as a pre hiring process,,communcations skills
test is very important,,one hs to clear this round at any
cost..first part consists of belite test which tests
listening and writing abilites it is an online test you
need to score atleast 500 marks inthis out of 747...it is
quite easy the thing is u need to concentrate..
second round:logical reasoning test:30 questions u need to
score 5o marks in this..in this u need to concentate on
questions like,..
statements will be given u need to answer which conclusions
bests suits the answer like
all boys are men
some men are boys..u can find these type of questions
online practise them,,
figures are given u need to identify next figure
coding and decoding english alphabets
next 6 mem will be sitting in a circle u need to identify
who is beside whom like that questions...
next round will be versant ..u need to score compulsarily
57 in this..
parta :reading sentences ,,just read them simply without
any accent clearly
part b:in this u should listen and repeat what the recorded
voice is saying..u need concentration
and understand the american accent for this u need to watch
english channels to improve ur understanding ability..
part c:one word anser ,,these are simple even kids can
also answer..the thing is understanding accent and
concentrating;; for example
which organ pumps blood in our body;;answer should be
heart
which insect gives sweet
honey bee.
