I applied for the visa in the first week of July it got rejected.I was not given time to explain my case.I have to go for some important official reason.My company in US has now pushed my case.I have got an emergency appointment date.What are the chances of me getting a visa now.

Hi, I have applied the form for US visa. In this form i applied for a business visit visa(B1/B2). Although when i went to schedule the interview date the clas type B1/B2 falls under 2 categories(purpose of travel)i.e Business and Tourist. I cannot manage to get an interview date with Business but i can through Tourist(B1/B2) class visa. Can i go ahead an schedule an appointment through this way

I have been rejected B1 visa twice by US Embassy in Abu Dhabi. On both occassions I applied in name of my own trading business (invitation have been made by my US supplier) even though I actually work in Abu Dhabi under another sponsor. Also, both rejections happened in the gap of just one month. Now, after one month again I'm planning to apply one more time. But, it is through the company where I'm working (as my visa is with this company) and the invition will be sent by our associate company in US. Can someone advice the possibility of getting visa this time as on first two occassions I could not convince them with legal documents that Im actually partner of my business but third time Im using the application from our associate company in US. For B1 visa my agent has fraud me with the fake documents and I have committed and given them in written that the documents are fake . Recently (February 2011) i got rejected for B1 visa. Visa consoler gave the reason that you didn't convince the visa consoler. My company is making arrangement to send me for second interview in March 2011. Actually my question is, in checking counter they asked me to take only the receipt, passport, confirmation slip and appointment letter to the US consoler. But I have an invitation letter from my client which specifies my schedule plan on my visit. Can I attach that plan document while giving the passport and other documents to the consoler?

Hi! I got rejected for my visitor visa for U.S.A. I am a CA in India and have my own firm. I also work at a company as a consultant. When they asked about, what i do for living, i said i have my own firm and didn't mention about my consulting job. They gave me reason stating that they think i am going to stay in U.S.A. What proof or evidence i should take with me for the next time? If I mention about my consulting job, does it make any differences? they didn't even see any of my papers. Please advise.
