In a Software testing Field, What you think a TESTER needs...?

Apart from writing test cases , running and identifying
bugs, fixing and making the application robust etc.
A tester should be capable of thinking out of box, he should
test the functionality assuming their is a defect and I am
going to find it
the second thing a tester should be more interactive with
his testing team and developers mainly which improves the
quality of testing.
I assume this should be answered when asked in interview to
make impression
