FAT=file allocation table
supports: MAX of 2TB Drive partition and max 4 GB of file size. It does'nt file/folder support encryption.


NTFS= new technology file system
Supports: More than 2 TB drive partition and MAX 16 GB of file size. It supports file/folder encryption
