Can we pass 11kv power in 1.1kV voltage grade cable.If not why?.

No We cannot pass the 11KV power in 1.1 KV Voltage Grade
Cable,
11KV is High Tension line and HT Cables are Available
seperatly, HT Cables are designed in such a way to avoid
Electro Magnetic induction.
