In My Table i am having a Column Emp ASa Fullname In My Report I WAnt First name&Lastname?how I'll Get This One?Pls Ans Me

Hi,
Its just simple. Create 2 data items and name it
first_name & last_name. write a code like
substr(fullname,postion,end).
