CONSIDER FIELD 'NAME'
HERE CHAR AND LENGTH etc OF THE NAME REFER TO DOMAIN WHERE
AS
DATA ELEMENT REFERS TO 'name of what?'
eg: name of a person or name of a Product etc
data element has a description...
