i was testing a website for many months and everything was
working fine from login to sign up and all the scenarios. but
my boss asked me why login and sign up is not working?

because i had forgotten to test in internet explorer so as a
test engineer if you are testing a website you have to test in
all the browsers that is internet explorer,opera chrome
,firefrox etc this is know as compatibility testing
