Simply Because the generators which are used from the
beginning of build a system , have a standard output
frequency 50HZ so all equipments and instruments you want to
supply it must have a standard freq. 50HZ
And if the generators have a standard output freq. 60Hz , so
all instruments also must have input frequency 60HZ.
that's the idea
And it has no relation with any technical issue

hi, in the event earth grounding is not available in a project, is there any other way to make the elcb work? fyi, i have an instant water heater (6.5kw) installed, however if there is grounding in the heating element inside the heater assembly, i will get grounded. thank you in advance to those who will answer my question.
