why we step down voltage level from 33kv to 11kv and 11kv
to 415v.Instead we can step down voltage from 33kv to 415v
directly using single transformer.

when we use this type of system we provide in cable
insulation level is very high and we dont use 11kv in
industrial area.

But what is the suitable/allowable setting for the above protection which will be safe for the equipment?
