For Example: if u take an powerica genrator capacity of 1500 kva
max power we can use the formula is
p= 1500 x 0.8
= 1200 kw
caluculate curent carying capacity:
I= 1200 x 1000 / 1.732x0.8x415v
= 2066 Amps
for copper cable take 1sq.mm= 4 amps
for aluminum cable take 1sq.mm = 2.5 amps
