the basic difference between the load break and vacuum
circuit breaker is the arc quenching media or mechanism.
In load break switch the arc is quenched by lengthening
using arcing horns, whereas in vacuum circuit breaker arc is
quenched by the removal of the metals vapors from the media
which are created by the separation of the contact.
