THE REAL DEFINATION FOR TDS, "ONCE THE LABOUR GET LABOUR
CHARGES PER YEAR BELOW 75000/- IT'S NOT APPLICABLE FOR TDS.
IF THE LABOUR GET ABOVE 75000/- TDS IS APPLICABLE, THAT
PERSON MUST BE HAVE PAN CARD, TDS IS EFFECT TO 1%. IF THE
FIRM OR INDUSTRY TAKING JOB WORK OR LABOUR WORK OR CONTRACT
WORK, MUST HAVING PAN CARD, EFFECT TDS 2%
