In India,we use 230V,50HZ,where as many other countries use
110V,60HZ what r d advantages and disadvantages of each of
them?

Answer Posted / shiela

resistance for the same rated current. Since the resistance
is small, losses will be lesser. so India uses 230 V 50 Hz.
