QA (quality assurance)
It is a group of quality control techniques to achieve a
desired standard quality of a product or service.
Generally in professional world it is referred as quality
assurance plan.It is a process.
Quality control (QC)
quality control is to check the activities coming in
quality assurance plan to achive desired results.
