If the client identified some bugs to whom did he reported?
Answer Posted / lakshman reddy
Hi guys,
If the client identified any bug or defect in the
application, they will report to support team or production
team initially, after that they will review and give proper
explanation about this bug.
after that they will send to corresponding module team (
internally Project Manager will arrange a meeting with all
the leads (Dev. Manager, Test Lead and Requirement Manager)
if the spec is not clear then raise a Change Request.
