( Here we are talking about cement not about concrete )
grade given here isn't the compressive strength but it is the fineness of the cement .
" 53 grade would be more finner than 43 grade cement "
53 grade cement would generate more heat of hydration ,developing strength at rapid rate ,however the final strength of both the grade will be same.
