We are operating a Security Agency, Please suggest us how
to calculate holidays & Overtime duty, where we take 12
hrs, duty from guards in place of 08 hrs. duty.
Please suggest us how to calculate.

If a guard is being paid Rs.5000/- per month (30 days), then
divide the same for 1 single day, and then that single day
should be divided per hour, this will give you the exact
picture.
Ex: 5000/30 = 166.67 is per day, and per hour will be
166.67/8 = 20.83. Ifthis is per hour, then multiply the
same for 12 hours i.e., 20.83*12=249.96 simple.
