date.Development: continuous Process.2.Training:the act of
increasing the knowledge and skills of an employee for
doing a particular job.Development:growth of an individual
in all respects. 3.Training:short term
perspective.Development:long term
perspective.4.Training:Job centered. Development: career
centered.
