Easiest method is to use the "Windows Server Backup" feature which comes by default in MS Server 2k3/2k8, you just have to add the feature in Server Manager.

Or you can use other 3rd parties app like: Symantec/Veritas Backup Exec. which provides excellent features to backup Server systems. I am damn sure it is used by most Companies.

Any peoplesoft certification is there. If it is there please send the details.
