every one who hasn't entered in real time they may have same doubts like this. Realtime tickets,nothing but an issue which you faced while doing practice those same issues you get in real time . I hope you understand what i want to convey.
For tickets you can use SAP SDN forum. you can find more tickets.

At present we have the STATIC credit check, for only one customer we want DYNAMIC credit check from next month. no need to go for configuration ? only should go for master data for that only customer.
