Why high Voltages come in multiple of 11, like 11 KV, 33KV,
66 KV, 132 KV etc.

rms value = form factor * avg value
basically thee value of form factor is 1.11
so the ratings are in multiples of 11 kv
When the capacity increases, this is not true. It becomes 800kva, 1000kva
