Purity is to analyze the analyte or substances
quantitatively by area normalization.That is the calculation
of main peak area from total area in percentage.

Potency is to calculate the active substance only excluding
moisture/LOD which is also analyzed quantitatively (It may
be expressed in % or micro gram).
