It is Thermal holding capacity of that Fuse/C.B,based on
that we are classified the fuses for various rating.If more
current will flows that particular fuse, the fuse wire
would be blown. depend upon the circuit capacity we have
selecting the fuse ratings. this is related to Ohm's law
I=V/R.
