V - model is a systematic or step by step procedure of developing a software. There are two phase in V-model i.e. validation and verification. In validation the steps are: Customer Requirement specification (CRS), System requirement specification(SRS), High Level Design(HLD), Low level design(LLD) and Coding. In the Verification the steps are : Unit testing, Integration testing, System testing, User acceptance testing.
During the creation of the SRS document, the TL reviewed the CRS document and at the same time testing engineer create the system test cases and this document reviewed by the TL.
Same as for the next step, During the creation of the HLD document by the developer, TL reviewed the SRS document and testing engineer create the integration test case and this test cases reviewd by the TL.
same as for the LLD.
Thats why one phase is called as a validation and other phase called as a verification.
My friends Its only the basic of V- model.
