My passport is valid for barely a month beyond my studies
so what do I do?
In my I-20 the date my studies in the US ends is 5th
June,2011 but my passport expires 3rd July 2011. Do i need
to do anything about this before going for my visa
interview which is almost by the corner?

to be on the safer side, it is better to get a new passport
done(or renew it) before u enter to US.

The place where I live is not covered by DHL.So in order to get an expedite delivery of the SEVIS receipt I ordered the delivery to the address of one of my friends.Everywhere else however a different address(the one mentioned in my passport)is however mentioned.Can this fact affect my chances of getting a F1 VISA?

Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant

I mr videsh reddy mandala.I had complete be in b/w july 2001/05.My home town is hyderabad.Actually the thing is I had applied for F1 visa in bombay on nov2006 and I was redirected to chennai.There in chennai I was rejected. I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? hey..... i'm applying for spring.
